Buffalo Chicken Wings

This is a hit with my son.  He will walk the ends of the earth for this. Raving reviews. The first time I made this, he said , "make the sauce your own".... and so I did. Tell me what you think about it.  Again pictures to follow. ; )

20 chicken wings
2 TBSP vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/8 to 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Sauce:
1/2 cup Hunt's hickory BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Del Monte Sweet Tomato Ketchup
2-3 TBSP honey
2-3 TBSP brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 TBSP chili sauce

Ranch Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
can choose to flavor this with chopped chives or garlic powder
pinch of dill or parsley or paprika

Marinate chicken wings in vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder for at least 30 mins.

Heat oil a deep pan using medium fire. Dredge wings in flour and shake off excess just before frying.
Fry chicken until golden brown ( 15 mins). Drain in paper towels. Then coat chicken pieces with sauce in a bowl  taking care to put enough sauce only to glaze or coat the wings.

Serve with Ranch dressing as dip, lots of french fries and a cool cucumber salad.
